of electric vehicles. IGBT module serves as high-voltage control switching 

component. IGBT is found in battery management system, motor control system, electric air-conditioning control system, charging system, etc.

 

Right Thermal Conductivity

 

Thermal conductivity is particularly important for thermal management system  of the IGBT.  OC-ETP®  is used in heat sink applications where thermal conductivity is paramount. OC-ETP®has a very high thermal conductivity due to the high purity of copper. Flatness control is also critical for the fine tolerances required. OC-ETP® has successfully supplied quality products to the major heat-sink producers for many years.

Copper heat sinks manufactured by Oriental Copper are available in 2 grades including  high conductivity Oxygen Free (with oxygen content less than 5 ppm.) and high conductivity electrolytic tough pitch copper (OC-ETP®).
